✓Car Categories and Model Preferences

After your booking is confirmed, you can request a specific car model. We will make every effort to accommodate your preference and will provide the requested model if it is available on the day of your arrival.
However, please be aware that you should be prepared to accept any vehicle within the booked category. In the rare event that the specific model you requested is unavailable, we reserve the right to provide a car from a higher category at no additional cost to you.
✓Traffic Fines & Legal Responsibilities
Any traffic fines or tickets incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter. Venus car rental must be informed immediately about any traffic violations or fines, including but not limited to:
- Negligent driving
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Driving in restricted areas
- Disregard for traffic signals (e.g., running red lights)
- Damaging the vehicle or violating road regulations
In such cases, the renter is fully accountable for all related charges and penalties.
✓Loss or Removal of Signs:
In the event of license plate loss or removal during the rental, the tenant will incur charges until the license plates are received by the competent service, along with any repositioning costs.
✓Loss or Destruction of a Key
If a key is lost or destroyed during the rental, the tenant will be liable to pay between 150 to 500 euros, depending on the vehicle type. Additional expenses may apply for key reprogramming, vehicle transfer, etc.
✓Tire Damages
The driver is responsible for replacing a flat tire with a spare, as it is not covered by road assistance. However, for individuals facing health issues or special cases preventing them from doing so, road assistance will be provided at no additional cost.
Coverage for tires and the car's underside applies only when driving on asphalt roads. In the event of a flat tire, it's essential to stop the vehicle immediately. Please note that the insurance does not cover non-repairable or burst tires. If the tire is repairable, customers may proceed with the repair, and the company will refund any associated costs.

A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed for vehicle drop-offs beyond the agreed time, after which an additional day's rental fee will apply.

Failure to inform us may result in expenses related to the unconfirmed extension, which the customer is responsible for covering upon returning the rental vehicle.
